Taekwondo/Hapkido
Our kids martial arts program offers age-specific classes that help children build physical fitness, coordination, and self-defense skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Students develop balance, focus, and listening skills while gaining discipline, confidence, and leadership through a blend of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. The program also promotes character development, bully prevention, and goal setting through a clear belt progression system. Olympic Sparring Team
Olympic Taekwondo is a dynamic martial art and official Olympic sport known for its fast, high-energy kicks and focus on agility, timing, and precision. It teaches children discipline, coordination, and confidence through structured training. One of the key components of sparring is learning how to safely practice techniques with a partner in a controlled environment.
Through sparring, children learn timing, distance control, and quick decision-making, while also developing resilience, self-control, and respect for others. It builds not just physical skills, but also emotional growth—teaching kids how to stay calm under pressure, handle challenges, and grow from both success and setbacks.
